Q: What does "freeze-dried" mean, and how is it different from regular dried fruit?
A: Freeze-drying removes moisture at very low temperatures, which locks in the fruit's natural nutrients, flavour, and texture far better than traditional sun-drying or dehydrating — giving you a light, crunchy snack with no added sugar or preservatives.

Q: Are your products 100% natural?
A: Yes — natural is core to everything we make. Our fruit snacks, fruit powders, and spices are single-ingredient, with no added sugar, fillers, artificial colours or flavours. Our chocolate-coated treats and chai blend use only quality ingredients too — just combined for flavour, never with artificial additives.

Q: Are your products vegan and gluten-free?
A: Our fruit snacks, fruit powders, and spices are all vegan and gluten-free. Within our chocolate-coated range, Chocolate Coated Strawberry and Chocolate Coated Orange (made with dark chocolate) are vegan, while Chocolate Coated Mango contains milk chocolate and is not vegan. Our Instant Masala Chai also contains milk. Please check individual product labels for full ingredient details.

Q: What is the shelf life of your products?
A: Freeze-dried fruit snacks: 2 years. Fruit powders: 18 months. Spices & blends: up to 2 years. Chocolate-coated indulgence range: 9 months. All have zero refrigeration requirements.

Q: How should I store the products after opening?
A: Store in a cool, dry place and reseal the pouch tightly after each use to maintain freshness and crunch. No need to refrigerate.

Q: Where are your products sourced from?
A: We source directly from small, rural farms across the Himalayan region of Nepal. Our team and factory workforce reflect our commitment to local impact — over 90% indigenous employees, and 70-80% women.

Q: Are these suitable for kids?
A: Yes — they're a popular tiffin-box and travel snack option since they're naturally sweet, single-ingredient, and have no added sugar.

Q: Any allergen information?
A: Our Instant Masala Chai and Chocolate Coated Mango contain milk. Our dark chocolate range (Chocolate Coated Strawberry, Chocolate Coated Orange) contains soy. Our fruit snacks, powders, and spices are made in our own facility, which also processes peanuts and tree nuts. Returns & Issues

Q: What's your return policy?
A: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we don't accept returns once delivered. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a quality issue, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
